Athletics East believes that athletics are for all. We are a full service track and field club that aims to offer programs and meet the needs of most athletes. Our head coach is Rich Lehman and our assistant head coach is Jonathan Peverill.
Tetrathlon
Ages: 9 to 12
Available: outdoor (beginning late June)
Coaches: Jennifer Lawton
Events: Athletes train to compete in four events – 60m sprint, 600m run, shotput and long jump – in two meets during the summer.
Development
Ages: 11 to 14
Available: all year (indoor and outdoor)
Coaches: Adam Manuel, Catherine Thompson, Hudson Grimshaw-Surette, Andrew Peverill
Events: Athletes are provided the opportunity to train across multiple track and field disciplines, including endurance, sprints, hurdles, jumps, and throws.
Endurance
Ages: 14 to masters
Available: all year (indoor and outdoor)

Events: 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1200m, 1500m, 1600m, mile, 2000m, 3000m, 3200m, 2 mile, 5000m, 10000m, steeplechase, cross country
Sprints & Hurdles
Ages: 14 to masters
Available: all year (indoor and outdoor)

Jumps & Combined Events
